Our product, mobile canteen cook meets requirements set towards a spectacular cooking counter that is easy-to-mobilize in every respect. In an absolutely unique way, the equipment includes all the tools and accessories necessary for providing full service to the cook, so that he/she can provide a high standard service to the guests. Owing to its special rubber-covered wheels it is easy-to-move and it does not leave a mark on sensitive coverage either. It is made of two-component fiberglass which allows the possibility of an almost unlimited choice of colors. With regard to the fact that the external coating of the equipment is not enameled afterwards, it is much more resistant to loading arising during use. In case of any surface scratch the external coating of the equipment can be renewed by polishing the surface. Owing to the color scale and the changeable surface where brands can be placed, mobile canteen can be fully customized to the client, be it an elegant hotel, party-catering company’s partner firm or a conference.
 Owing to its design, this product of ours ensures a complete working area for the cook in such a way that during its use no other supplementary furniture or equipment needs to be installed. Everything that a professional cook needs can be incorporated, so that he/she can serve guests in a spectacular way, in full harmony with the given environment. On the surface we established the plugs necessary for the use of electric devices, if necessary, an induction cooking plate, wok or Teppan yaki surfaces together with an integrated suction system. Upon need, we offer warming, cooling or neutral boxes for the equipment.

The equipment can be supplied with various extra accessories in a way customized to the user as follows.

• with the help of the refrigerator the user can store raw materials necessary for cooking in a separated way, continuously cooled.
• comfortable, easy-to-access storage of side dishes is facilitated by the stainless steel GN 1/1 drawers placed directly under the cooking surface, thus ingredients required for cooking or serving do not have to be stored on a separate table, in a way visible for the guest.
• our suction system supplied with an active coal filter and not requiring a central air technical connection allows use of the equipment in a closed interior space in such a way that 80% of unpleasant odors arising during cooking are neutralized. Furthermore, its operation is rather spectacular, since this extremely useful and efficient optional accessory becomes visible or invisible by a touch of a button.
